Sleep in.

Sit on the patio and have a great cup of coffee.

Listen to the birds sing,   watch the dog play in the yard.

Enjoy conversation with the one you love.

Make a healthy breakfast.

Enjoy more good conversation.

Attend the church of your choice.

Worship and fellowship with your friends and family.

After a little lunch,  go home and take a great nap.

Forget about work, forget about the world, forget you have any cares at all.

Sunday,  just one day.

Relax,  Refresh, Refuel,
